		<description>Hiya, I find that interplanting crops with other crops which mature quickly or that can be picked when small allows me to make best use of my space. So for instance you would plant carrots between your onions or maybe raddish between your cauliflowers..Might help you get the most out of your garden.</description>

		<description>I would advise you Dawn, start picking and eating as soon as some of it is ripe enough to eat, then leave the rest in the ground as long as you can before pulling it up - this way it will be fresher longer.
